4 Days from Marrakech to Fez via Toudgha Dades

Day 1 : Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Boumalene du Dades

We will start out for the Dades Gorges after compilation at your riad/hotel in Marrakesh. Passing via the remarkable Tizi nTichka and we will trip the World Heritage place of the UNESCO.

Beautiful landscapes and Berber villages in the High Atlas of Mountains .We will have lunch in Kasbah and continue to Zagora on our arrival in Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a World Heritage place of the UNESCO. of Ait Ben Haddou that has been the background for many films including Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator and Alexander. We’ll enjoy, after lunch,the beautiful natural views and chronological monuments of Taourirt Kasbah in Ourzazate and the Valley of the Roses, well-known for its annual Festival of Roses. On our way we will pass via the Berber villages of El Kelaa des M’Gouna and Boumalene du Dades where we will ordain the night.

Day 2 : Ramlia Village- Toudgha Gorges – Dades Gorges

We will,after breakfast, go away Boumalene du Dades for Ramlia,an implicit Berber village in the south of Morocco. We’ll go by via the theatrical Dades Valley and Toudgha Gorges, and Alnif, then going on hard roads via Tazoulate, Fzou, Hi Fougani.We will have a promenade en route before arriving our target of Ramlia where we will have an occasion to view and get together with native people,expending the night in a small Berber visitor home.

Day 3 : Ramlia Village – Merzouga

We will take the breakfast and set off for Erg Chebbi, Merzouga, Taking pleasure in the desert views, and going by the grave stones of Taouz.We will then have a chance to listen to Gnawa music of Khamlia in which we will have eat in a small restaurant reigned by a Gnawi person. Before a camel trip into the desert, we will make a short drive to a close hotel for some food and drinks. All needless baggage will be put in safe rooms at the hotel. To a Berber camp in the middle of the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, the highest in North Africa ,the camel trip will take us in the 90 minute.

The camp contains several relaxed Berber tents prepared with beds and covers , a restaurant, a kitchen and a ‘natural’ toilet. By entertainment provided by Berber drums around the camp fire ,we will have dinner, in the evening.

Day 4 : Merzouga – Fez

For extraordinary photo possibilities, you will be woken up, before sunrise, to climb the sand dunes. Before beginning to fez we will then be our destination back to the hotel for showers and mealtime.

Earlier than we turn you back at the riad/hotel in Fez we will go by via Arfoud, Errachidia, the Ziz Valley, Meditlt, the cedar forests and ape groups of Azrou, and Ifrane.
